Thank you for shopping with PawHaven.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only. After this period, orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to shipping details or items after processing has begun.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Used items
- Damaged items caused by the customer
- Items returned without prior contact
-Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you must wait until delivery and then request a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
